If it was just the content ID system that flagged your video, 9/10 times you CAN dispute it successfully as fair use.
I encourage you to use sites like Megavideo if you are that afraid, they won't answer to anything but formal DMCA notices...so you wouldn't need to worry about it. You can link those troublesome videos here on your own site, linked to here for example.
