Little misleading. Hoot in Korean would be 훗 like what said earlier in the video. That 훗 means something that of ignorant-attitude sound, if you know what I mean... So when the song goes "너는 shoot shoot shoot, 나는 훗훗훗," it's an indication of the girl going "Whateva"
