In the begging was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made. In Him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through Him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light . That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not. He came unto his own received Him not. But as many as received Him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his Name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the GLORY AS THE ONLY BEGOTTEN OF THE FATHER, FULL OF GRACE AND TRUTH. John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, this was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for He was before me. And of his fulnes have all we received, and grace and grace. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came BY JESUS CHRIST. No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared Him.

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, AND THEY FOLLOW ME. AND I GIVE UNTO THEM ETERNAL LIFE; AND THEY SHALL NEVER PERISH, neither shall any man pluck them out OF MY HAND. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
I AND MY FATHER ARE ONE. Then the jews took up stones again to stone Him. JESUS answered them, many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? The Jews answered Him, saying, for good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being man, MAKEST THYSELF GOD. JESUS answered them, is it not written in your law, I said, ye are gods? If He called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; say ye of Him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, thou blaspheme; because i said, I AM THE SON OF GOD. If I do not works of my Father, believe me not. But if I do, thoug ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, AND BELIEVE, THAT THE FATHER IS IN ME, AND I IN HIM. Therefore they sought again to take Him: but he escaped out of their hand. And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode. And many restored unto him, and said, John did no miracle: but all things that John spake of this man were true. AND MANY BELIEVETH ON HIM THERE.
