Look at Denmark where they completed studies and concluded they had to move the turbines away from people who are getting ill from living in the areas downwind of the big wind farms. This is no joke.

The beaver is anything but under powered. Although it may have been overloaded too. The pilot didn't even get it on the step. When he tried to break one float free he chose the right side float which was the wrong one and the asymmetric drag caused the plane to veer to the left closer to shore....
