I'm a visual artist, living in Alaska...halfway between Talkeetna and Willow in a colorful community called Caswell Lakes. I spend WAY too much time playing the banjo, but I was hooked the minute I picked it up. I received it as a gift from my ex-husband for Christmas '08...it's a Gibson Epiphone, lovely sound, very heavy, kind of like picking up a piano.
