I love John Sykes but the what I like best is that he was the best guitarist ever for Whitesnake, but only the 4th best ever for Thin Lizzy!! Moore, Gorham, and Robertson were all beter than him. I think this drove him to write such good songs with WS.

@guada1367 no, thats Sykes and Scott Gorham. Scott never left the band after he joined. He was there through Robertson, Moore, White, and then Sykes. Moore played a LP gold top, Scott played a '59 LP Standard, as seen in this video.

The first clip was frrom the Grant/Butler fight. Butler was arrested in the ring that night and taken to jail. This was at a benefit for 9/11 firefighters in NYC. I watched this live, it was disgusting. Butler is in prison now for the murder of boxing analyst Max Kellerman's brother.
