I understand intervals, chord shapes, modes, scales, progressions, how to read and write music and site sing and blah blah blah you get it. I have been trying to write stuff similar to songs like Thus Spake the Nightspirit, Ye Entrancemperium, etc. Everything off that album. I have some decent riffs written but its like I have been stumped forever and been having trouble going about writing new parts and new songs. Any advice?
