I don't remember who it was, but someone once told me I wasn't supposed to look at my instrument while attempting to play it. Doing so would supposedly mess me up. But then, concentrating on not looking at it takes my focus away from what I'm playing and makes it all the more difficult.

Argh, read the info... I mentioned that I made a typo in the year. Is it a '53, though? The picture of the '53 that SMeyer had on her website, in representation of the book car, looks less modern than the one in the movie, although they're similar.
