WHW (Women Helping Women/Men2Work) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide comprehensive employment support services to empower disadvantaged men, women and teens to achieve economic self sufficiency through employment success.

WHW achieves its mission through employment success programs designed to provide the information, skills and support to assist job seekers in their quest for an improved quality of life: Workforce and Professional Development Workshops including Resume Building and Interviewing Skills, Computer Training including Online Job Search Skills, Individualized Career Assessment, Job Placement Services and Professional Clothing, Accessories, Hygiene Items and Image Consulting Services.

With the assistance of over 400 volunteers every year and support from Orange County United Way, WHW is the only organization in Orange County to provide these services at no charge or obligation to clients or their referring non-profit partners.
