I bet the mother had the little girl call the police and was telling Lisa to keep her volume down so her stepfather wouldn't catch on. That one word "shit" at the end definitely sounded like the mother. Poor Lisa.

The CBC is a good choice for news, too! It's been awhile but I used to go there. My best friend only goes there and to PBS for news.
