Peter Gauthier is a Rehab Investor and leading Wholesaler in the Washington, DC/Baltimore Area and began in the Real Estate business shortly after 9/11. By profession, Pete is a commercial airline pilot flying Jumbo Jets to Europe, but his real passion lies in touching real people's lives through his real estate activities.

Pete is a master negotiator and negotiated several labor contracts and other agreements as both negotiator and as head of his airline's pilots union. Those tough and complex skills he brings with him to the Real Estate arena for huge profit.

Pete is an expert at quick-turning real estate deals for "Instant Cash" and runs "Deal Buying" Bus Tours for area investors. Pete's last bus tour sported 140 investors on three large 55 passenger commercial buses. Pete has sold as many as 7 Wholesale Deals in a single day!

Most importantly, Pete has perfected the use of options in his business to control the real estate he wholesales without cash, credit or risk. Pete's Real Estate Attorney calls his techniques "Pure Genius" thus the birth of the name -- Wholesaling Genius System.

In addition to his direct Real Estate operations, Pete is a highly sought National Speaker on the topic of creating "Instant Cash" through Wholesaling (or quick-turning) real estate deals.
