what are those fish at 1:05 in the right hand corner? A little out of focus but they almost look like anemone fish but I know they don't live in hawaii. Any idea what they are?

The steam era ended 30 years before I was born but have loved steam trains since I was a small boy and looked through my grandfather's library. I was very happy to find out that this locomotive is being loved and cherished. This engine is a national treasure.
