You mentioned that you never play the 6th string in this song, I heard that Keith removes the low E (or D in open G) and plays with only 5 strings on his open G tuned telecaster "Micawber". He says it saves him from accidentally hitting it and botching a chord

@andy65guitar I'm in total agreement there. Throw in a tour with some selected bluesmen--even a few Stones regulars--and I'll get in line right now for tickets.

Wow! Never heard SBA live before. All electric, too. I must say it sounds better done on acoustic guitar--preferably Keith's Gibson Hummingbird. Nice post--such a cool rarity. Stones are the best!
