Although by day I am a graduate student in clinical psychology and by night I am (attempting to be!) a loving wife, I have Celiac Disease 24/7. I was not diagnosed until I was 20 after spending my childhood and adolescence being sick. Since then, I have endeavored to make living gluten-free fun, healthy, simple, and affordable! I want to share my ideas with the world and also want to know your experiences too!

Hi, I find I really identify with your Celiac history. I was diagnosed last year after years of illness. I used to think people went Gluten Free for a fad. Now I know better. I'm glad the cloud of general ignorance is starting to lift.
