@DrGR33K At the same time the hormone tests etc are not really cheap and since most bodybuilding competitions (especially natural ones) are on a tight budget, testing a lot of competitors is not really feasible. They just rely on the 'honor system' :)

Apparently people placed the bike on his shoulders and he appeared on stage carrying it. These kind of small bikes weigh around 90 - 100 kgs (200 - 220 Lbs) So its a good feat but nothing amazing. I would've been impressed he had picked up the bike on his shoulders himself in front of the audience
