multiply disabled woman with a can do attitude

Hello everyone out there. I'm a strong-willed woman with multiple physical disabilities. I use a wheelchair, but I'm not "confined to a wheelchair". I'd feel confined without my wheelchair! I have no idea how to upload videos or even make them so please bear with me. LOL
