Steve Olsher is a lifelong entrepreneur who has applied his street smarts, business acumen, and communication skills to a wide range of endeavors.

For example, Steve has been a radio and nightclub DJ (Mr. Bold); owned his own nightclub at the age of 20 (The Funky Pickle!); developed a wine and spirits catalog business (Liquor by Wire); launched one of the Internet's first fully-functional e-commerce Web sites in 1995 (LiquorByWire.com); is the Chairman and co-founder of San Francisco-based Liquor.com; is President and founder of Bold Development, one of Chicagos largest boutique real estate development companies; is the author of Journey to You - A Step-by-Step Guide to Reclaiming Your Life and Becoming Who You Were Born to Be; and is the founder and facilitator of The Reinvention Workshop.

Steve has also earned the rank of purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, training under the late Carlson Gracie, Sr. and now under Carlson Gracie, Jr.

Steve has spent the past 20 years developing and refining the unique theories and exercises found in his book, Journey to You, and leveraged while leading The Reinvention Workshop.

His methodology blends ancient wisdom from a multitude of spiritual leaders, including Buddha, with the fearlessness of modern-day revolutionary thinkers, such as Dr. Thomas Gordon. These teachings, combined with his singular approach to realizing permanent, positive change, have synthesized into a proven system for empowerment and achievement known as T.O.M. (The Olsher Method).

All of Steve's broad real-world experiences have contributed to the field-tested ideas found at The Reinvention Workshop and in his book.

Steve lives in Chicago with his wife Lena and their three sons Bobby, Isaiah, and Xavier—who remind Steve every day why his motto is "Let Love Rule."
