Guys the characters in Smash Bros are owned by Nintendo and their second parties. The only ones that are owned by third parties are Solid Snake and Sonic which belong to Konami and Sega respectively. Game Freak is a second party of Nintendo therefore Mewtwo is owned by Nintendo.
