I could not find your comment to reply. but it is not addictive. Coffee is more addictive. it is just a habit. that means it depends on the person who is smoking. i for one am not addicted. i quit for about 6 months after 3 years. no problem. it depends on the persons tolerance. most people who cant handle anything becomes 'addicted'. And how can you say drunks are smarter? drunk people are MENTALLY RETARDED. that what being drunk does to you!. Drinking and driving is smarter then Being high and driving? HELL NO.
