.....I must compliment your vocals are so passionate and pure. I went back to watch a Glen Campbell video a few years back and re-read a comment you sent to me. This time I wanted to see your channel...my only regret is why I didn't subscribe. Your cover of "In my life" has been a bitter sweet experience this week. I lost 4 very dear members of my family last week in a car crash in Florida.....It has left me search for comfort in music...which never fails me. Thank you for sharing your talent ...it certainly is a blessing.

Basically, it was a total overhaul. Instead of ordering out every night and drinking lots of pop, I started preparing my own meals. Now, I eat real stuff...not so much processed any more: fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, fish, leafy greens, juice, tea and lots of water. No shortage of flavor or variety and I'm never hungry - yet, eating this way, the weight just flies off of me :)

Hi Dana! Sorry for taking so long to answer your comment! I don't log into this channel as often as I do ConalCochran. Thanks for noticing the weight loss. I've been at it since April. Really, I didn't make all these changes with weight loss in mind. I did it to save my life and extend it as far as possible. I was in super bad shape before and just reached a breaking point. Had to do something:)
