@ipodapps1178 well you could run and do a bunch of wht i call "body movement". like jump ropes, box jumps, push ups, high knees, and stuff where the only weight you use is your own body weight.

@fishermandama meat is really good when you want to build muscle but if i am correct you do not need meat. or else how could vegetarians live long lives? so i am saying that it is not needed but suggested. but if this man dave lost 200lbs there must be something to this whole raw food diet thing.
