I am currently studying astronomy with the hopes of becoming a professional astronomer. If it were possible to also pursue my love for evolutionary biology then I would go for that as well, however I can only go for one.I am an atheist. I was raised Catholic and one thing I hate more than anything is people who mock Catholicism while having no idea what they are talking about. It is a laughable doctrine, but get your facts right.
I want nothing to do with the atheist community as a whole. I do not care about humanism or anything like that. I think the left and some atheists think they know what is best for everyone, when they are actually just a bunch of ass-holes. I consider myself Libertarian because I want the government, and everyone else for that matter, to leave me alone. If you think you know what's best for me even if I disagree, fuck you.
To all those bitching:
Take a lot at the Chopin's metronome markings on the sheet music. It's lento sostenuto = 50 bpm at in 6/8, which translates to like 150 bpm. He's not playing it fast. He's playing it the way Chopin would have played it.
Everyone is just used to it being played slow.
