i disagree with your instructional flaring, if the enemy is close, you want to flare before the missile, if there far, you flare after. You also want the flare to be visible to the missile when you deploy them, or else the missile may continue on path.

But the gunner has to take on the job of spotting vehicles, as well as communication, because the pilot loses situational awareness when your not using the air radar and when your flying aggressive your often in semi hot zones.
