"The Wellness of You" is a nonprofit nutritional and health services oraganization located in South-Central Philadelphia. We have adopted a mission to our community to reach its fullest potential by presenting an opportunity to recieve accurate information that can lead to achieving optimum health, through mind, body, and spiritual integration. "The Wellness of You" recognizes the need to behave and maintain a healthy mind, body and spirit though good health practices.

"The Wellness of You" offers various programs to the general public throughout the calender year. These events include: The Men's Wellness Breakfast, Children's Etiquette and Self Esteem Training, Children's Wellness Health Fair, and the Annual Tree of Life Awards.
