This is my account for the majority of my weightlifting, and exercise videos, my main account is Jerichosquink.

On this account I will be posting a wide array of fitness videos including power lifting, regular weightlifting, bodybuilding, tutorials on how to perform exercises, and nutrition tips.

My college major is physical fitness specialist and i know quite a lot about exercise and fitness, I have helped a good amount of people gain muscle, and i have helped people lose weight as well.

I have been an athlete pretty much all my life, I use do a a lot of sport back when I was younger consisting of track and field, swimming, wrestling, football, and cross country. These days now I usually just weightlift, do cardio, racquetball now and then, powerlifting, and might try out bodybuilding if I can shed some pounds.

Policy with videos:

OK first off any hate/insult comment will be removed, good examples are fat comments, doing cardio comments, saying I'm weak, insulting others, and bragging about how much you lift without any videos to back it up.

If you want to tell me how much you life thats ok but do it in a nice and mature manner and don't try to rub it in and make me feel bad and weak or else I will remove those comments too.

This account is for many reasons:

1. For me my fans, friends, viewers, and subscribers to keep track of my progress.

2. To motivate people to get in shape through means of watching me workout, and through my commentaries.

3. In these videos you can also learn how to perform exercises, and I give commentary on some for more in depth tips and advice on working out, such as safety tips, spotter tips, cheating tips, etc...

4. I know some people use different types of exercises, forms, techniques, thats cool, in my videos I wil also eventually teach a different variety of ways to perform them as well, but i will usually recommend whats works best for me and what others should do but it does not mean you have to do it.

I am not your boss you can always try out different things and decide what works best for you.

5. Once again all negative/hate/insult comments will be removed. These videos are suppose to provide entertainment, education, knowledge, positivity, and motivation on fitness and wellness.

I understand where you are comming from that sucks that people have to be so ignorant about this stuff.
there are plenty of channels for them to look at if thats what they want. I have seen alot of those type channels on my trip around youtube I just click to the next channel. and dont even give the channel a chance.

yeah my grip is genetically strong. my dad and grandpa both had huge forearms so that helps a lot. ya post some of those heavy grip videos. ur grip should improve quickly since u did that 405 lb deadlift thumbless hold :)
