This is my Personal you-tube channel, but I do push "the band" a bit, lol! I play drums in a rock band called "Thrown Apart." I am into martial arts, survival & all things eccentric. Ex-Navy. What I really hung onto from my "Navy Experience" was the phrase "Attention To Detail"... (oh yeah, and the expert rifle & pistol medals) ...and I've got my eyes wide open. I am married and have 1 daughter who is the smartest & prettiest little girl on this planet. I am somewhat of a prankster and a bit goofy at times. I think she gets it honestly ;-)

Something I try to live by: Eat fresh food when possible, raw veggies & fruit. Make veggies the main course with meat as the side...as you get older, red meat will become less favorable to you. Wean yourself off of it now. I'm working on it ;-) Don't get me wrong, I'm not a complete vegan, I just think a stronger emphasis on fruits & vegetables is a most excellent idea.

This ends today's nutrition lecture.

I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. Period. I can't handle a bunch of religion & dogma. I draw inspiration and comfort from many parts of the Bible and other Historical writings. I do not judge anyone...unless given reason to. I am no saint. I dig Indian & Oriental food. Randomness exudes.

I try to stay focused and 'on topic' most of the time, but are you gonna finish those fries?
