About this user

I first started in Photography when I was about 10 years old when my Dad gave me a Minolta film camera. I've since moved on to digital and use a Canon Digital Rebel XT, with numerous lenses.

My specialties include landscape, architecture, and urban photography. I also use Lightroom and Photoshop CS3 Extended for all my post-processing.

Video has also been a passion of mine since an early age. I always wanted to be a movie star! But since I grew up in Wyoming far away from the city lights, I settled on doing my own videography.

As fate would have it, I'll be starring in a short film being done right here in my hometown! I'll post updates when they are available.

I started Nat-Kat Photography/Videography just a few short weeks ago. I shoot weddings, portraiture, special events, and other contract work.

I'm also currently finishing my degrees in Fine Art and Science. I love creating and using my hands and art is the perfect outlet. I come from a long list of artists: my Dad was an art instructor at the college for almost 30 years, my Mom is the art teacher at the junior high, my Aunt is the art teacher at the high school, both my grandparents create jewelery with Sterling Silver and rock.

I also love teaching people how to do what I do with my photography and videography. That's one reason I started this new channel, to help others create! So if you're interested, please subscribe.
