Wendy Nicholls has been a hands-on leader for over 20 years. Most of her leadership experience has been in Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities. Wendy's leadership strength was in her ability to bring out the best in each of the participants, her vision, and her ability to motivate others. Wendy's sincere empathetic approach with both the staff and people with disabilities came from her personal battle with obesity.

This created a caring and loving approach to group facilitation, and gave her the ability to get the best out of people, and see the capabilities in people they couldn't see themselves.

Wendy's journey to be free of her obesity prison was a long one. This journey lasted well over 40 years. Food, work and alcohol were used to numb her pain. Wendy learned to let go, heal and allow infinite transformation. Wendy now lives a life of inspiration, passion and enthusiasm.
