@ForeTrees Don't need to bow to show respect. Typically, Westerners bow more than traditional Chinese do. Plus Hong Kong is more casual style, but no less serious.
If the rule is no excessive force, every other participant is holding back except you. You don`t have to deal with their force, so why should they take harder punches from you?
