Teams are half way through the challenge! There have been struggles. But there have also been successes. In this video, teams take a moment out of their workout to share the successes, changes and benefits they have seen along the way. Congratulations teams! Keep up the good work!

The Lose to Live Challenge is a 15 week program that takes place in the gym, at home, and out and about in the community. We invite everyone to follow along with these 6 committed teams to see how they can change their lifestyle for the better.

Throughout the challenge, the teams work with trainers and nutritionists to
• Lose weight and improve overall health and wellness
• Learn to shop for, prepare, and eat the right foods
• And find out how they can Live an active lifestyle

If you have ever been on a diet, started an exercise program, or have just wanted to improve your health, we want you to share your stories and inspirations with our teams. Follow along at the WDSRA blog (www.wdsra.com/blog/) or on Facebook page where we will be linking the blog.
