Yeah, it is indeed impressive how a producer can turn a poor musical outfit into a slick product. Shame about the live shows... but then, who goes out to shows anyway?

Ahhh, two chords and a three-note melody. Now, this is musicianship and composition of the highest standard! Almost as impressive as a Nokia ring tone.

They should let the drummer sing out front. She has such a rich, commanding vocal style. I can't think of another chanteuse who comes close to her for power and range.

She has a bigger, richer, more soulful voice than Shirley Bassey and Tina Turner and Eva Cassidy and kd lang combined. This girl is the greatest female vocalist in the history of popular music. She is so good that she could probably also sing jazz and opera equally brilliantly.
