One final thing I have to say...
I have friends from Germany, some of them were exchange students, and they have told us that they do discuss the holocaust and the WWII in their country. Germany's schools and universities have been open about the Holocaust; so that the youth will be aware of the past crimes, and that they would not walk into that same path ever again.
