According to the list I have viewed, the Tiger Rattlesnake's venom ranks him far more toxic than a Coral snake:

Tiger Rattler: LD50 0.06 mg/kg

Coral snake: LD50 0.63 mg/kg

Of course, any venomous snake that bites you is the deadliest for you.

Any snake that kills you becomes the most dangerous. The most toxic, based on the LD50, drop per drop of venom, in North America, does appear to be the Tiger Rattler, not the Coral snake.

This is, of course, for land snakes.
