Committee in Defense of Mahmoud Salehi:
We are a group of workers and workers activists in Iran condemned the arrest of Mahmud Salehi an Iranian well-known worker activist. We demand his unconditional release. In defense of Mr. Salehi we launched a committee from 16 April 2007. We announced our activity publicly and also we call all workers and workers activists, students, teachers, nurses, writers, poets, journalists, and all freedom loving people to protest for Mr. salehi's release and annulment of all charges against workers and freedom loving activists in Iranian prisons.

Mahmoud Salehi's Brief Biography:

Mahmoud Salehi is a resident of the City of Saqez in the Kurdistan province of Iran . He was born in 1962 (1341). He is married with 2 children. Due to living in poverty, Mahmoud could not attend school and thus joined the labour market when he was only 6. He did some tailoring and bakery jobs. read more in:
