if you still see 2 red lights after MAKE SURE THAT ALL BLACK SCREWS ARE SUPER SUPER TIGHT!!!! I had the same problem, tightened up all the black screws as much as i could and it turned on perfectly after. (tightened the 8 black ones on the bottom as much as i could)
