This intense form of harassment and psychological torture began in January 2006 while living in Concord, CA (RWEB US - is this a license plate to be "above-the-law"?) and has persisted ever since. This phenomenon has been given the title "organized stalking". It is a next-generation COINTELPRO operation with the desired result of destroying the target mentally, emotionally and eventually physically through a relentless campaign of slander and non-stop invasion of privacy. The highly organized network of federal & local law enforcement, community helpers, military & intelligence carry out this extreme harassment, invasion of privacy and physical torture through silent & invisible electromagnetic radiation weapons. Who monitors FUSION CENTERS? Is there ANY recourse (besides exposure)? When will our courts put an end to this shameful abuse of power perpetrated under the guise of "national security"?
