Hi all! If you found your way here via the U-2 video, you might like some of the things in my jet fighter, planes, space and extreme sports playlists. Biology fans should have a look at some of the incredible computer animations in my human biology playlist.
My general aim with this channel is to compile playlists of the things that most interest me. However, in order to keep my mind focused, there will never be more than 100 playlists, each with a maximum of 100 entries. Let me know if you think I'm missing something which deserves to be included.

I can just imagine us both: endlessly sitting at our desks late at night and early into daybreak, laughing histerically at a couple of little waving flag animations on our computer screens as our worried families look on, wondering if we'll ever leave the house or take a shower again - how ever did it come to this Doug? LOL, haha ;-D

Lol! I'm going to chuckle now whenever I re-watch that and think of you chuckling(!) As for Hitchens, he's a fave of mine too. He gets the 'bulldog' label but it's his insight, quick-wittedness and grasp of the relevant facts that make people want to dismiss him. He punctures pomposity, but does it intelligently, and there's always room for that kind of person in my book(!) Cheers, Wasdom. Doug ;^>

Hi Doug, it's an honour to have you pay me a visit mate. I can honestly say that thanks to you, C0nc0rdance, Dawkins, Obama - and a few others - , I've become less likely to resort to biting, scratching and other metaphorical forms of sarcasm when debating with the terminally or chronically religious (I was raised a 'chronic' sufferer). I just don't get as much of a kick out of it now I've seen how it 'should' be done. That doesn't mean I don't still like to see a Hitchens' cage fight from time to time though ;). The rose wreath and the little waving flags in the 'IDon't Know' section of the Faithcake vid' still brings a smile to my face and a giggle to my heart every time I watch it. Keep 'em comming!

Hey, Wasdom. I really appreciate your kind words about my work. Thanks very much. So many flawed arguments rely on jargon and obscure language to make them seem more impressive, don't they. It's good to cut through all that and 'unclothe the emperor'. All the best, Doug ;^>
