Much better take off position, again left elbow not out enough though...right arm and left leg coordination very good.. meaning shoulders drop to the right point almost... genuinely day light when you finish the rock...and then you turn on the BOTTOM ARM... What are you like? ;-)

A little bit close.. great use of the right arm much better working both in together. as a result the shoulders are much lower, still not back enough though before you begin turn.. knee to chest is good but left leg bend kills the momentum.. and that's why you come off the pole early...
