Hi and welcome, I'm James. I've been playing the uke since I was 9 and have never looked back! I love the things! Over the years I've taught myself to play a couple of different styles ranging from the Formby syncaption methods to some more complex melody styles and even classical pieces. I can't read a note of music, never have done - everything I play is worked out by ear. I truly believe the uke is the most versatile instrument on the planet and it never fails to amaze me the pleasure these little pieces of wood and strings bring to people no matter where you are in the world - everyone loves a uke!
