Starting cycling when I turned 50 and realised that I spent most of my life behind a desk. That was 10 years ago, since then I have done everything in my power to encourage others to discover the joy of cycling for themselves. I have also taken groups of active middle aged people to exciting places throughout the world - the Himalayas, South America, China, India, Europe, etc. The best way to see the world is either from the seat of a bike or on two legs.
