Duty of care: waivers and disclaimers
Instructors, coaches and officials (organisers, administrative staff and referees) have a legal duty of care to ensure the safety and welfare of all participants and spectators. Insurance does not protect against wilful or careless neglect in these matters. No-one can be asked to sign away their legal right to sue an individual for injuries or other distress due to negligence. Entry or application forms must therefore not include any waivers or disclaimers that attempt to remove this right. Instructor and event insurance will not be valid if any such waiver or disclaimer is included.

Re: been sent what you said about my father and am posting my reply on the web since I take that as an insult
apologies obviously your not who i thought you were but when people aren't putting names to people its hard, the father who was horrible pretty much forced his kids to do it and i'm pretty sure he could walk well and as you say your dad could hardly walk but i think i remember who you are now.
as for this dislocated finger business this is the first i have never heard about that so i am not getting involved in matters that do not concern me, my concern is the poomsae and some of your comments are ill-informed and i believe you do not know how the judging works as you are not one. Poomsae has moved on from what the forms were when first created even in the last several years the delivery and style has changed dramatically.
And as far as koryo vs koryo goes I think people really need to get over it, it was such a small competition that it is mainly their to give people experience and a chance to compete. I have done it on several occasions and been robbed on one occasion by someone i knew i was alot better than which if i had on video i would show you. But this is not the sort of competition to argue about for 8 years.

Any one checking will find they finish back at start point its even covered in the text it a set pattern just like katas or forms.
And there is no been lenient at events that is why we have strict rules to make it fair for all not so you cannot fix the results too suit your mates its the best win`s not the rubbish you are trying to cover up for..
If you are not sure check it out at the WTF or BTC - BTCB or in Kevin Hornseys book or any other text book`s on tae kwon do. Its even covered on the judging course and in the contract for judging events.

yes most poomsae should but not all, and i can tell you that on kup grade day at the nationals, it was more lenient on the mark as the kup grades are obviously not as good as dan grades and on the whole make a lot of big mistakes regardless. big deductions were only made if they were seriously off the mark.
Where is the "btcb international semi"?
He never hardly came into the club since he can hardly walk he sat reading books only ever came in if asked for by Kathy if something was coming up she wanted to know if we would be attending and even then on a number of occasion she went outside to ask him.
And for nearly a year both me and my sister asked for a statement about my sister`s hand after school social worker wanted the facts about the injury.
