Hi! My name is Regina and I'm a middle-aged stay-at-home mom. Raising a family on a single income that was more often than not barely above poverty level all these years hasn't been easy but it has been something I have done happily and without regret.
What I am bringing to the vastness of the internet are my experiences and insights, much of which is fairly unconventional, on topics that range from getting out from under a heap of debt to how to keep a family as healthy as possible through good nutrition, as well as the impact that many of these very simple conservative efforts also have on our environment.
Basically the topics I cover are related to environmental, financial, and health issues that we are faced with daily with a fair amount of contemplative rambling thrown in for good measure.
