Retired US Navy Senior Chief Sonarman. Served aboard many destroyers in my 22 year career but USS Fletcher DD 992 was my favorite ship. Followed closly by the last ship I served aboard, USS Merrill DD 976, sister ship to DD 992. I have been making movies about US Navy ships since 1978. Aboard 992 and 976 I served as ships videographer to record events related to the ships mission and to provide a documented account of the entire cruise, in addition to my normal duties. Once retired, I set out on a new career path which eventually led me to teaching. I shifted out of analog video production and went heavy into digital. Received my Bachelors of Science degree in Information Systems, Business. I teach a variety of subjects which include Video editing and production, special effects, post production techniques, electronic engineering, computer design and repair, Technical Writing, and I hold 10 certifications in my related field. I enjoy making these video clips for my family, friends and shipmates.
