It's funny that in order to set up the new technology they have to rely on something that might otherwise be considered a relic. What new machine would even attempt this kind thing? What would even have the power?

@Jeff1991N I have also never heard of such a thing. I would also not recommend using a small propane torch to light the ether instead of a lighter. Because I've never done either of these things.

And these tires really aren't too bad to work on, I change quite a few of those floater jobbies. But I don't know why you'd ever pay money for a goodyear tire. "Good for about a year," that's what I always say.

@wahwahrockwah I correct myself. The 440 allis was equipped with a cummins 555, if I recall correctly. Not the caterpillar engine.

I do this all the time. IF you do it right it doesn't hurt the tranny at all, it actually makes your synchros AND clutch last longer. There's a reason truckers barely ever clutch, it's because stuff doesn't wear out as fast.

This is a funny/awful trick to do to someone sleeping in your passenger's seat. get up behind one of these, and start screaming. When they wake up, they think it's the end of the road.

I see so few 2805's anymore (since they barely made any anyway) and this one looks great. Awesome to see it winning so many trophies, and I'd love to see it in person sometime.

Nice looking tractor. My dad bought a new one in '82 I believe, and I grew up driving it. I'll never forget the sound of that thing running, I could recognize it anywhere. Those look like the 18.,4-28's on the back, am I right? These tractors weren't given much credit for what they could do. ...

This guy is a flailing octopus of amazement! Not only did he keep a good beat, but he made me laugh, cry, and wish for more!

Despite newer hypercars being faster, this amazing Bugatti is still my favorite! Simply an amazing machine, and a technological masterpiece of it's time!
