Did you try submitting the account retrieval form to neo?
I'm not sure if there's something on neopets that's doing this, or if somebody's hacking into my youtube without even leaving a trace, but I had another person get hacked just a few weeks ago as well :I I thought I sent out a message to all the people who's passwords they sent were still active, but I guess I missed a few.
Did you end up getting it back??
