@jordanleo7 maybe your volume control pod get dirty or moist, my volume control goes up & down too. I use contact cleaner to clean it, spray it from side of the pod .

this volume control have fluctuating volume if it's get moist & dirty. Creative must fix the problem with the volume control issue for all their speakers if they want to keep their costumer satisfaction.

i have this speaker, and the sound is awesome, deep bass & cristal clear midtone & hightone, especially if you combine it with creative souncard :D
