I used silicone to stretch, i know silicone is bad news but whatever. I wrapped a layer of teflon tape around the silicone so my ear wouldn't heal ...

@KristineKills8D the actual term is stretching, and you cant stretch with steel because it's not flexible. when you stretch with silicone, you fold it, put it in your ear, then unfold and it will stretch your ear to the size of the silicone tunnel. common sense.
