---------------------------

My name is Chris and I live in Germany.
I'm a pianist (11 years lessons 1995-2006) who plays classical, VG, movie and pop songs and share some of the videos here on youtube to give others the opportunity to watch&criticize them, use as an inspiration or other purposes.
If you want to post these videos on your website, upload them to youtube again or whatever, feel free to do so AS LONG AS you 1) state it's me (w3sp) playing in the video and 2) link to this youtube profile.

About Me:

=======SHORT FAQ (not finished yet)=======
Q: How long have you been playing the piano for?
A: I took lessons for 11 years (April 95 - March 06)

Q: What kind of piano do you have?
A: Kawai K3 (AT)

Q: How old are you ?
A: I'm 25 years old (1st March 1984) :-)

Q: Sheetmusic?
A: Website on the bottom, for FF music google for Final Fantasy music. Any sheet music request messages won't be answered anymore, sorry.

Q: Where is the Zelda Main Theme on GMT ?
A: It's also called Overworld theme and is from Zelda3 - A link to the past.

Q: Do you take requests ?
A: Not right now, sorry.

Q: Do you have a perfect pitch?
A: Yes :-)

Q: When will you take requests again?
A: I'll post a bulletin message then :-)

Q: Was it hard to learn Those who Fight or such pieces ?
A: Actually no, because I'm a classical trained pianist and played pieces that are technically a lot harder. A bit of the VGM is sometimes still hard to play or hardly playable because it was originally written to be played by a computer and not for a human on piano. But I try to do my best.

Q: IRC/ICQ/MSN ??
A: Yes,
IRC: QuakeNet - Channel #2337
MSN: clyrix@hotmail.com
IRC is the way to go, I'm rarely on that MSN account, sorry

Q: What do you use to record the videos?
A: A Camcorder JVC GR-D 320..if you're asking because you want to make your own videos: Do NOT buy this one it has a very very bad audio quality (just like the Zelda Piano Medley). There are better models!

Q: Do you have a website where you post your videos on ?
A: You're currently viewing it: www.youtube.com/w3sp

thanks guys/girls!

Enjoy watching my videos and leave a comment if you want but please don't just spam with sheet music requests =)

Hey could you make the monkey island intro them into a midi file?
kenenth84 (3 days ago)
You have been my main motivator on uploading my piano performance on YouTube. I love all your performance and they are very well done! Although I feel I'm behind, I'll do my best to deliver my best shot at the songs I love. I hope to hear more piano musics from you ^^
Keep in touch~

MXIIA: It's very unlikely to develope/acquire it in late life, you're born with it or not.
However I didn't really "know" I have an "absolute pitch" until the age of ~11-12 when my music theory teacher told me so after testing. It always seemed natural and usual for me to know "ok this is an F" when it was played.

Were you born with(or developed it at an early age) Absolute Pitch or did you develop it later in live (after 10)?

Awesome stuff! Would you be willing to do a collaborative piece with me?

Hey good piano, if you wana play on my demos let me know.
gberthume (2 weeks ago)
Dude, your stuff is absolutely amazing. I love video game music myself, and in the piano school where I take lessons, every single student knows who you are!
