2) YouTube's localization is for making money by making partnerships with corporations in individual countries. They are dividing the community, not enriching it.
3) By removing the categories, YouTube is holding down the little guy who just wants to entertain. Now only Corporations, Partners and copyright infringing videos can be seen.
