@flipwiggins You should have 1/4" space between the upper pully and the sprockets when the chain is off. Just use the B screw to make that adjustment.

@SuperToshie You should be able to buy a stiffer spring from the maker of the fork (ie. Fox, RockShox, etc.).
You can usually get the right springs for how much you weigh. If you can't find them then an Air spring would be the best way to go. You can adjust an air spring to just about any weight ...
